I am Human Resources Executive

Day 1st of being HR Exec. 01 Nov 2017.

Previous company, purple expert on Admin side. Bile masuk AGV Galvanizing, purple pegang HR department. Purple nampak objectif beso jadi HR Exec adelah jaga kebajikan worker. Seriously, purple x berape banyak experience in HR area. tapi purple take dis as challenge to gain experience.

After 1 year being HR Executive, banyak benda purple belaja... psycho giler taw.. garang dalam kesantunan, marah dalam ketegasan, sentiase alert n prihatin... anger management yang sangat extreme...

My achievement for 2017 being HR Exec is producing employee handbook for AGV Galvanizing..

AGV Malaysia Employee Handbook

Ape yg struggle dalam pembikinan handbook nie... macam2... bape kali revise.. kena study law... kena dpt approval pade setiap key point dr GM..beratus kali belek sumer and akhirnyer buku nie siap.. tunggu dijilidkan jer.saya suka saya suka.... 

HR Department nie memang banyak bergelut dengan law. ape2 sikit rujuk law.. tapi purple belom khatam lagi Malaysia Employment Act 1955 sebab ayat law die sgt extreme... masih mendalami lagi selok belok law hr nie... hehehehe..

Setiap department ade kesusahan masing2. HR personnel kena expert dlm lakonan.. hehehe.. trust me... when u check employee attendance, then u will get headache, and get calm to counselling people with smile.. 1 2 3 action! smile.. say hi.. then ask them what their problem. then when you too close with worker, worker will step ur head.. when u not notice about them, they called you snobbish n dont care about them. pening nak berlakon... tapi to me, just be myself.. orang suke ke x suke, belakang citer, yang penting keje siap, x dipertikaikan and buat baik pade sume, sudahh... 

Be a HR, teach me about kesabaran yang sangat tinggi. sometimes people will hate what u have done. as HR also teach me to always think positive and be fair. Purple bukanla seorang yang sentiase buat baik pun, but as a role model, i must act like perfect even x perfect mane pun. i make a a rule an follow the rule.. then they will follow me. bak kate pepatah, jangan jadi ketam ajar anak jalan.
